Main ingredients are listed on each meal page. Recipes can vary week to week depending on what is available, so please ask Paul if you need the exact ingredients for a specific batch.
Allergens
Allergen information is confirmed by Paul for each meal at the time of ordering. Meals are prepared in a kitchen where a range of ingredients is handled. No vegan, gluten-free, nut-free or other dietary claims are made unless confirmed directly for that meal.
Storage Guidance
Storage guidance is provided with your order. If you are not eating the meal straight away, please follow the guidance given at collection or delivery.
Reheating Guidance
Reheating instructions are supplied with meals intended to be reheated. Always ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Portion Sizes
Meals are available as single portions, larger portions and family or sharing trays. Portion size is confirmed when you place your order.
